I am more than happy to recommend NSW Country Solar. I recently has solar and battery installed by their team and everthing has been working perfectly. The team turned up on time and were polite and courteous all day and kept me informed of their progress through the day. Once installation was complete they talked me through how the system works and how to understand the app. When they left they took all the packaging with them and the only thing they left behind was a smile on my face. It has been a pleasure to work with NSW Country Solar and I heartily recommend them to anyone in the Central West who are considering installing solar and battery.

We recently had an 11.88 kW solar system with 24.18 KWh battery and gateway installed by NSW Country Solar – Redfern Power Solutions, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the first conversation through to installation, the team were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Nothing was ever a problem, and the workmanship was clean and tidy throughout the whole install. The system itself has exceeded our expectations. Since installation we haven’t needed to use any grid power at all, and we’re already exporting back to the grid. One night we ran two small air conditioners on low all night and still woke up with around 40% left in the battery. It’s only been a couple of months, but we’re already extremely impressed with both the performance of the system and the support from the team. If you’re considering solar and batteries, we would thoroughly recommend NSW Country Solar – Redfern Power Solutions. Real people, genuine service, and they really know their stuff.

Redfern Power Solutions were fantastic in setting up my Batteries and then expanding it recently. Despite unprecedented demand for batteries at present for installers, Will was able to fit us in his busy work program. He effectively doubled the size of my battery bank at home. I initially only wanted one extra battery he worked out better value for money was to install three stackable batteries, could not be happier with the service and meeting my electrical power requirements.

I can’t fault the communication and service provided - excellent Company to deal with and can see they have pride in their work. Tom and Jye in particular were professional, courteous and informative during the installation and I would highly recommend.. Great job Will and the team!!

I have found Redfern Power very reliable & knowledgeable regarding my solar installation. They took the time to explain the system to me & ensured that the system met my needs. It is also good to go “local” because if there are any problems Redfern Power are there for the support. I have no hesitation in recommending Redfern Power for any electrical work.
